The first thing that I like to tell people about my cooking and baking is that I make gluten-free treats for non gluten-free people. In other words, I strive to create dishes so close in taste and texture to the "real" thing that they can be enjoyed by gluten-free and non-gluten-free people alike.

I am the owner of Bread of Life Gluten-Free Bakery in Northern Idaho. Bread of Life provides special order/wholesale gluten free baked goods in Sandpoint, Idaho and operates a very popular booth at the Sandpoint Farmers Market.
